How ordering works

Everything is handmade to order. When you send an order request, we review it and message you to confirm the details and arrange payment (PromptPay / bank transfer / in person — there's no online card payment). Nothing is charged until you confirm with us.

Artwork & file requirements

• A PNG with a transparent background works best — for keychains and stickers we cut along your art's outline.
• JPG, WebP and GIF are also accepted. Max 8 MB per file.
• Higher resolution prints better — aim for at least 1000 px on the long side.
• Logos and text for engraving render in a single colour — bold, high-contrast art engraves cleanest.
• Only upload art you have the rights to use. Commissioned your character from an artist? That normally includes personal-use goods like these.

Lead time

Most orders ship in 1–2 weeks.

Shipping & pickup

Shipping is quoted with your order confirmation.

Returns & remakes

Because each item is handmade to order, please double-check your details before confirming. If something arrives wrong or damaged, message us and we'll make it right.
